Украина запретит еще четыре российских телеканала "по жалобам граждан"
В частности, "неправдивый и нарушающий законодательство Украины контент" выявлен на телеканалах "ТВ-центр International", LifeNews, Russia Today и RenTV, передает "Интерфакс" со ссылкой на украинский регулятор. На данный момент Нацсовет планирует осуществить официальный мониторинг данных телеканалов.
В апреле Нацсовет подал иск в суд к дистрибьютору крупных российских телеканалов ООО "Торсат" о признании противоречащими украинскому законодательству и Европейской конвенции о трансграничном телевидении телеканалов "Первый канал. Всемирная сеть" (ОАО "Первый канал"), "РТР-Планета", "Российский Информационный Канал "Россия-24" (ВГТРК "Всероссийская государственная телевизионная и радиовещательная компания"), "НТВ-Мир" (ОАО "Телекомпания НТВ").
На данный момент в деле назначена экспертиза, вещание телеканалов на территории Украины приостановлено. Однако ряд провайдеров Луганской и Донецкой областей не выполняют это постановление суда.

Ukraine will ban another four Russian TV channel "on citizens' complaints".
National Council on television and radio broadcasting is considering additional recourse to the court in order to prohibit relaying of a number of Russian channels in Ukraine, "taking into account the numerous complaints of citizens".
In particular, the "false and violating the legislation of Ukraine the content identified by the TV channels "TV centre International", LifeNews, Russia Today, and RenTV, Interfax reports with reference to the Ukrainian regulator. At the moment the Council is planning to make official data monitoring of TV channels.
In April, the national Council filed a lawsuit to the distributor major Russian TV channels LLC "Thorsat" on the recognition contradict the Ukrainian legislation and the European Convention on transfrontier television channels "First channel. World network" (JSC "First channel"), "RTR-Planeta", "Russian Information Channel "Russia 24" (VGTRK "all-Russian state television and radio broadcasting company"), "NTV-Mir" (OJSC "NTV broadcasting Company").
At the moment, in fact, an examination broadcasting of TV channels on the territory of Ukraine suspended. However, a number of providers of Lugansk and Donetsk regions not comply with this court order.
